Restaurant Landhuishotel De Bloemenbeek is looking for a passionate and ambitious Maître-sommelier and/or Assistant Maître-sommelier who wants to play a key role within our culinary organization. In this role, you will share responsibility for promoting our vision of hospitality, service, and quality, in line with the standards our guests expect from us. You will work within a professional and dedicated team where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and refinement are central. There is room for your own input, professional development, and further enhancing service and the guest experience at the highest level.
What we are looking for:
As maître at De Bloemenbeek, you are the face of our restaurant and the hospitable driving force behind our gastronomic experience. You will manage the F&B team, monitor our high standards and, together with our Chef de Cuisine Vincent Goris and SVH Master Chef Michel van Riswijk, elevate the overall experience to the highest level. You will be a strategic sparring partner for the management and MT and will work closely with the kitchen brigade to create refined culinary and wine experiences.
This is your profile:
An experienced and ambitious maître d' with a passion for gastronomy and hospitality
- Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail
- Good basic knowledge of wine and a feel for wine and food pairings
- Commercial flair and the ability to inspire guests and team alike
- Experience at a high gastronomic level (Michelin/high Gault&Millau)

As a housekeeping staff member, you'll make sure dust doesn't stand a chance at De Bloemenbeek! What will you be doing?:
As a General & Technical Services employee, you're a true jack-of-all-trades at De Bloemenbeek. You ensure that our guests and colleagues can count on a hotel where everything works properly, is clean, and looks well-maintained. Your duties are very varied. One day you might fix a minor technical issue, and the next day you might help with maintenance tasks or ensure that the grounds and common areas are kept tidy.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance work.
- Identifying and resolving technical malfunctions.
- Maintenance and inspection of systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Keeping common areas and the grounds clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with tasks around the hotel, such as during events or maintenance.
- Painting, carpentry, and other general handyman tasks.
- Supporting colleagues from different departments when needed.
In short: no two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this job so much fun!
This is your profile:
You have a practical mindset, see what needs to be done, and enjoy solving problems. You're handy and don't mind taking on a little extra work. You can work independently, but you also enjoy being part of a team. In addition, you're flexible and naturally step in to help whenever needed. Technical experience is a plus, but we don't consider it the most important thing. If you're handy, enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and have a healthy sense of responsibility, we'd love to meet you!
