Our culinary leaders
SVH Meesterkok Michel van Riswijk is al bijna veertig jaar de drijvende kracht achter de keuken van De Bloemenbeek. Zijn klassieke opleiding en jarenlange ervaring komen samen in gerechten waarin smaak en topproducten vooropstaan. Daarmee bewaakt hij de culinaire signatuur en het DNA van ons restaurant al jaren.
Chef de Cuisine Vincent Goris started at De Bloemenbeek over fifteen years ago as an intern and grew into a key member of the team. With his training, internships at top restaurants and a passion for botanical ingredients and foraging, he adds a modern and creative dimension to the kitchen. His contribution is lighter, more playful and contemporary, always with respect for the classical foundation.
Behind Michel and Vincent stands a close-knit team of professionals who share their passion. Together, they raise the bar in the kitchen to new heights every day. Working in harmony with the dedicated front-of-house team, they turn every visit into a unique gastronomic experience.
