I am proud to say that in a sense, De Bloemenbeek’s anniversary is my “personal” anniversary too. I have enjoyed working for this wonderful family-run business for nearly 10 years. I started as Chef de Rang and worked my way up to Maître Restaurant. I have recently graduated from a gastronome-sommelier study programme at the Academie voor Gastronomie. That way, I can utilise my passion for wine/food by offering our guests suitable advice.
All Bloemenbeekers fulfil their roles with love and passion and I am proud to do my part too.
