A film of dew lies on the herb garden, glittering in the rays of the sun. With a steady hand, a chef picks chervil, basil, some rocket, a few sprigs of rosemary. He places his haul in a trug, and disappears into the kitchen. Every day the rich landscape of Twente inspire our motivated brigade of chefs afresh.
This has produced a contemporary menu based on French and Mediterranean cuisine, with a blend of home-grown and local produce.

Start with a sparkling aperitif in the shady gardens. And then an adventurous journey through surprising

dishes and delightful wines. Outside beneath the stars, with flaming braziers and torches. Or indoors, in a Hunting Room illuminated by flickering candlelight.
