The 12-hour Conference Package

The 24-hour Conference Package

  •          Coffee, tea and Twente raisin bread upon arrival
  •          Unlimited coffee/tea in the room with delicacies (2 daily periods)
  •          Fresh fruit and mints in the room
  •          Deluxe Twente afternoon lunch with two warm dishes
  •          Three-course Master Chef Dinner
  •          Rental of the plenary room
  •          Use of an beamer with screen and a flipchart
  •          One overnight with breakfast

    The price for this plan, on the basis of a Luxury Room, is € 200,00 per person.

The 32-hour Conference Package

  •          Coffee, tea and Twente raisin bread upon arrival
  •          Unlimited coffee/tea in the room with delicacies (4 daily periods)
  •          Fresh fruit and mints in the room
  •          2x Deluxe Twente afternoon tea table with two warm dishes
  •          Three-course Master Chef Dinner
  •          Rental of the plenary room
  •          Use of an overhead projector with screen and a flipchart
  •          One overnight with breakfast

    The price for this plan, on the basis of a Luxury Room, is € 250,00 per person.

For conferences and meetings, soft drinks are placed on the buffet and bottles of mineral water on the tables. These beverages will be charged on an as-consumed basis. A deluxe savory snack can be added to our meeting plans at a cost of € 8,00 per person.

It is also possible to serve a warm, three-course lunch instead of the standard Lunch buffet. For this, we add a surcharge of € 10,00 to the plan.

If desired, the three-course Master Chef Dinner in the plan can be replaced by a gastronomical three-, four-, or five course Master Chef Dinner for a surcharge.  We would be pleased to make suggestions.

Or what would you think of a Gastronomical Garden Dinner "Walking Style," instead of the usual three-course dinner? With this, you can have a “culinary journey” through our shady gardens and can enjoy, among other things, our unique Outdoor Cooking Lodge. There is a surcharge of € 25,00 to the plan.
