De Bloemenbeek has a renowned fine dining restaurant, which has been awarded a Michelin star and has received numerous honourable mentions in culinary guides. SVH Master Chef Michel van Riswijk and Executive Chef Matthijs Mulder give daily substance to our gastronomic philosophy. This has been based on classic French-Mediterranean cuisine for 50 years, with specific use of products and ingredients produced locally in Twente. In addition to à la carte dishes, they compile two well-balanced menus for you every day.
The excellent wines in our cellar have been carefully sampled, selected and collected over the years. The principle is that the various tastes, identities and characters of the wines should strengthen or complement our dishes where possible.
